With SO much interest in my old-fashioned, no pectin added, gourmet preserves, we’ve started ‘putting-up’ jars in limited quantities to sell on a first-come first-served basis.
~ Tasty! An unusual gourmet delight, an out-of-the-ordinary gift! This is NOT a chocolate sauce, but a thin chocolate spiced tea sauce. The spices are the first hit. Chocolatey nuances come last. Delightful as a lassi / coffee flavoring, drizzled on yogurt, or over a delicately flavored cake (like pound cake), on vanilla or nut ice creams, cheesecake, puddings and custards. For those of you who eat meat, it might also be very interesting on certain meats, but I haven’t a clue which ones.
