With SO much interest in my old-fashioned, no pectin added, gourmet preserves, we’ve started ‘putting-up’ jars in limited quantities to sell on a first-come first-served basis.

~ This special citrus jam is made with whole Blood Oranges & a couple of Meyer Lemons. The oranges have subtle berry nuances, so I added a touch of raspberry liquor and wildflower honey to give the ‘jammy’ marmalade more depth and flavor. In my husband’s words, “It’s a winner!”
