Gourmet Preserves Artisan-Crafted in Small Batches
With SO much interest in my old-fashioned, no pectin added, gourmet preserves, we’ve started ‘putting-up’ jars to sell on a first-come first-served basis.

~ Old American farms always had a quince tree or two and you’ll still find them on properties dating back to the early 1900s. Quince are very popular in Europe, and common in the mid-East, where they are integral to the local cuisine. Quince and rose flavors are a favorite flavor combo in mid-Eastern desserts, so I thought I’d do the same with this quince butter. It’s definitely an exotic treat and unusual gift!

INGREDIENTS: Organic Quince, Organic Cane Sugar, Filtered Water, Meyer Lemon Juice & Zest (for pectin) from my own trees, Sea Salt, Rose de Mai Essential Oil & Love.
